Obituary for Archie Davidson
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peacefully passing of Archie at the age of 89.
Survived by loving wife, Evelyn of 60 years and daughters Nancy (Dean) and Natalie (George) and three grandchildren, Michael, Bradley and Stephanie, of whom he was very proud of their achievements. He was predeceased by his parents Nick and Violet Davidson.
Archie had a great love for camping, which he passed on to his family. He was a proud Boler owner and travelled many miles to show his family a good time.
Archie's working career was with Westinghouse, Truscon Steel and Federal Pioneer. He joined the 39thField of the Militia and later the Intelligence unit. After he retired, he joined the Masonic Lodge and became Master of Assiniboine Lodge then later joined the Shriners, where he became a member of the Khartum Komedians unit as a performing clown.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 30, 2022 at 1:00pm at St. George’s Anglican Church, 168 Wilton St. in Winnipeg
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the St. George's Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
