Obituary for Cecil Edmund Grant
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and papa, Cecil Grant on Friday, August 23, 2019.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Patsy, children Kelsley (Teresa), Amanda (Graham), and Kristelle. Also grieving his passing are his grandchildren Kaylene, Olexa, Elijah, Ella, Eamon, and Keira. He will be missed by his brother Bert, sister Vero, brother-in-law Glenroy, special friend Herbert, and many family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Cathedral, 135 Anderson Avenue. Interment will immediately follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba Dementia and Brain Health (Alzheimer’s Society) 10 -120 Donald Street. Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund, 80 Hayden Street, 3rd floor Toronto, Ontario, M4Y 3G2.
