Condolence: To: Truus' family

I'm sorry I missed Truus' funeral, I wished I could have been there to celebrate & honor her life. I found that Truus was an engaging person who cared about others through her words & actions. Truus' life was eventful, interesting & adventurous. She did not let life pass her by, she took control of her life, and realized her goals & dreams. Her life was well lived, and was a life that provides inspiration to us all. I've known Truus for about 25 years, and feel that I'm a better person for having known her. Of all her accomplishments, the best & most enduring was raising 3 daughters who have grown into fine woman, and all of whom are making positive contributions to the world.

Condolence: dear family of Truus Rijkers, our sincere condolences with the death of your mother and grandmother. We met her and her family in 2008 and spent a few days with her. She was hospitable, interested and happy with the visiters from the Netherlands and Denmark. She loved spending a few days with us in Canada. She was also a woman who saw a lot of the world and enjoyed travelling. We have nice memories of 'aunt Truus' and of the days we have spent. We wish you much strength in the following days.

Ze was gastvrij, belangstellend en blij met het bezoek uit nederland en denemarken. Ze vond het fijn om met ons een paar dagen op stap te gaan in Canada. Daarnaast was ze een vrouw die veel van de wereld heeft gezien en ook genoot van het reizen. We hebben fijne herinneringen aan `tante Truus` en aan de dagen die we hebben doorgebracht. We wensen jullie veel sterkte de komende dagen.

Condolence: To all of Truus' family - Your mom was a wonderful lady with spirit larger than life. She had an amazing journey and was an inspiration to many that knew her.
