Obituary for Richard Henry Rupp
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Richard, in his home on Friday, October 30, 2020.
He has left to mourn his passing, his mother, Olga Morrow of Winnipeg and his brother, Wilfred Rupp of Vancouver, his cousins Chris, Ria, Mark, Britta and their families. Also, uncles, Harvey and Carl Schulz and their families in Southern Ontario (Niagara Region).
Richard suffered from many health issues including Type 2 Diabetes. Richard was born May 24, 1966 in the Women’s Pavilion in Winnipeg. He received his elementary and High School education in Killarney, Manitoba. His later years were spent in Winnipeg working at various jobs until his health caused him to retire early.
Richard was predeceased by his father John (Hans) Rupp and his maternal and paternal grandparents. He loved his family, and always looked forward to spending time with all of them, particularly the Neuendorff cousins, in Winnipeg, at their annual Christmas celebrations.
Richard, you were and are especially loved by your mother and brother. We all miss you.
The family extends their thanks to Winnserv and Staff for their care, and special thanks to Richard’s cousins who helped when needed.
Cremation has taken place and there will not be a service at this time.
