Obituary for Steve Sernowsky
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Steve Sernowsky on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the age of 76 under the care of the staff at St. Boniface Hospital.
Steve was predeceased by his parents Fred and Dora Sernowsky, his stepdad Mike Anaka and his father in law Mike Denesyk.
He is survived by his wife Joyce of 54 years; his daughter Judy (Bryan); his sons Dwayne (Candace) and Kevin, (Keira); and his grandchildren Janessa, Bryanna, Nayla, Connor, Jenelle, Rhett and McKenna.
Steve was born in Veregin, Saskatchewan September 30, 1942 and moved to Winnipeg in 1960.
Steve’s two biggest passions were working with wood and spending time at the lake.
