Obituary for Jean Poshtar
Yustina Jean Poshtar, 88 of Gardenton, Manitoba sadly passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach.
Jean was born in Sundown, Manitoba.
She was predeceased by her parents and stepmother, husband George Poshtar; 2 sisters, 1 brother, 1 stepsister, 4 brothers in law and 2 sisters in law.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Michelle; grandchildren Eric (Lynette) and Jessica; great grandson Ostin; brother Walter (Pat) and family; sister Olga (David) and family; nephew Allen (Doreen) and family; sisters in law Lena and family and Helen (Harold) and family.
Jean love to be around family and friends, reminiscing, sharing jokes, dancing and singing as well as going weekly to the senior centre or baba daycare as she liked to call it.
She enjoyed reading and being in the moment every day as well as playing and singing with her cats and boxing with her dog.
We would like to thank the staff at Steinbach Hospital for the kindness and care she received.
She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
